ORDER

The respondent has complied with the directions given by this Court by passing final order after recording the settlement arrived at 1/3

between the parties. However, the learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the signature in the settlement proposal was obtained from the petitioner under undue influence and coercion. If that be the case, the petitioner will have to challenge the order passed by the respondent in the manner known to the petitioner under law.

2. Since the order which is the subject matter of this contempt petition has been complied with, nothing survives for further adjudication in this contempt petition. Accordingly, this contempt petition is closed. However, liberty is granted to the petitioner to challenge the order passed by the respondent in the manner known to the petitioner under law.
