Ms.R.Anisha Rani, learned counsel for the petitioner appeared before this Court through Video Conferencing Mode. 2.Ms.Ramya, learned counsel for Mr.R.Bharath Kumar, learned counsel on record for the first respondent; Mr.C.R.Prasannan, learned counsel for the second respondent; and Ms.Chandini Rajkishore, learned counsel for Mr.T.Sai Krishnan, learned counsel on record for the respondents 6 to 12 are before this Court.

3.Heard the submissions made on either side.

4.The petitioner filed an affidavit in support of this Civil Miscellaneous Petition, wherein it has been stated that S.Rajalakshmi W/o.Senbagaraj, passed away leaving behind her Dinesh Kumar, Sindhuja and Gayathri (proposed respondents) as her legal heirs / legal representatives.

5.Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit, this Civil Miscellaneous Petition is allowed. https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis

TK 6.The respondents 13 to 15 herein shall be added as respondent Nos.16 to 18 in the main Second Appeal. Registry is directed to carry out necessary amendment and post the Second Appeal on 05.11.2024.
