Writ petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus or any other appropriate writ or order or direction in the nature of writ, to call for the records from the 1st respondent relating to the order passed in his Memorandum Ref.No.Engg./November 2003 Exams./Enq.Com., dated 14.05.2004 and quash the same and consequentially directing the respondents herein to permit the petitioner to write the arrears papers in April/May 2004 Examinations and ensuing University Examinations and publish the results of the petitioner.
