The petition in CMP.No.21710 of 2022 has been filed to grant interim stay in respect of the order passed in I.A.No.5 of 2021 dated 08.11.2022 on the file of the Sub-Judge, Mettur.

2. The petition in CMP.No.2492 of 2022 has been filed to stay the operation of the judgment and decree of the first Appellate Court in AS.No.64 of 2020 dated 14.09.2021.

3. The petition in CMP.No.20223 of 2021 has been filed to grant an interim stay of operation of judgment and decree passed in A.S.No.64 of 2020 dated 14.09.2021 on the file of the Additional District Judge, Salem.

4. It is seen that this Court by an order dated 22.09.2022 in CMP.No.2492 of 2022 granted an order of interim stay. In view of the interim stay granted by this Court in CMP.No.2492 of 2022 dated 22.09.2022, this Court finds no prima facie case made out to stay the order passed in I.A.No.5 of 2021 dated 08.11.2022 on the file of the Sub-Judge, Mettur, in respect of the item 7 of the suit schedule property. Therefore, CMP.No.21710 of 2022 stands dismissed.

5. Interim stay already granted by this Court in CMP.Nos.2492 of 2022 and 20223 of 2021 vide order dated 22.09.2022 and 17.12.2021 are made absolute.
