Respondents Prayer:- Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, 1950, praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the First Respondent authorities to dispose of the complaint dated 18.07.2023 under Maintenance and Welfare of Parents and Senior Citizens Act, 2007 within a time stipulated by this Court.

O R D E R
Heard Mr. C.Vidhusan, Learned Counsel for the Petitioner and Mr. E.Veda Bagath Singh, Learned Special Government Pleader, who takes notice for the First Respondent, and perused the materials placed on record, apart from the pleadings of the parties.

Having regard to the nature of order proposed to be passed in the Writ Petition, which would not cause any prejudice to the Second Respondent, notice to him is dispensed with.

The Petitioner has filed this Writ Petition seeking a direction to the First Respondent for considering his representation dated 18.07.2023 made made under Maintenance and Welfare of Parents and Senior Citizens Act, 2007, within a time limit that may be fixed by the Court. 4.
Learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the First Respondent, on instructions, states that after examining that representation made by the Petitioner, the First Respondent by Proceedings in Na.K.No. A4/4404/2023 dated 04.11.2023 has passed final order and its copy has been produced and Learned Counsel for the Petitioner also acknowledges its receipt in court today. 2/4
In view of the same, nothing remains for further consideration in the Writ Petition, but if the Petitioner still has any grievance to be redressed in the matter, she is not precluded from working out her rights before the proper forum in the manner recognized by law.
In the result, the Writ Petition is disposed with the aforesaid observations. No costs.
