This Court, by an order dated 11.08.2022, has already granted interim stay on condition that the petitioner/appellant shall deposit 50% of the amount due as per Clause iv(i) of the decree dated 31.03.2022 passed in A.S.No.45 of 2018 on the file of the XVI Additional City Civil Court, Chennai, to the credit of O.S.No.484 of 2015 dated 13.04.2017 on the file of the VIII Assistant Judge, City Civil Court, Chennai, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of the order.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks further time to comply with the condition imposed by this Court.

3. In view of the above, this petition is ordered. Time is extended till 20.03.2023, to comply with the order of this Court dated 11.08.2022.
