This petition has been filed to relax the condition that the petitioner shall report before the respondent Police daily at 10.00 a.m until further orders imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.21323 of 2023 dated 15.09.2023.

3. Considering the submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is relaxed and the petitioner shall appear before the respondent Police once in a week on any working day at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
