This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the learned District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate, Madukkarai to expedite the trial in C.C.No.514 1/4

of 2019.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) submitted that among three accused persons, A3 has not entered appearance so far and it is pending for service of summons.

3. In such circumstances, the learned trial Judge is directed to expedite the service of summons of the accused and proceed further with the matter and dispose of the case as early as possible.
