Today, when the matter taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for appellant appeared and submitted that earlier, this Court ordered notice to the respondents, in which, the notice sent to 3 rd respondent was returned unserved with an endorsement as "no such person". In the said circumstances, the learned counsel for appellant is directed to take substituted service by way of paper publication on the 3 rd respondent in anyone of the Tamil Daily newspaper having wide circulation in the locality at Chennai stating that the above Second Appeal will be taken up for hearing on 03.07.2025.

2. Post the matter on 03.07.2025.
