This application has been filed by the applicant/plaintiff to permit Balakrishnan.S, Son of Late Srinivasan to depose with respect to identifying the signatures of his father, who is the 2nd attesting witness to the Will and also identifying the signature of the testatrix to the said Will.

2. The learned counsel for the respondents has no objection in allowing this application.

3. In view of no objection given by other side and having satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the application, this application is allowed.
