This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to call for the records and quash the proceedings in Crime No.299 of 2019 on the file of the respondent police.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent.

3. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent submitted that the investigation has been completed and the final report has also been filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate - II, Thiruvallore on 18.10.2019.

4. In view of the above submission of the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), nothing survives for further consideration in this Petition.
