This case was listed on 11.06.2024 under the caption "for dismissal", as there was no representation on behalf of the petitioner, the same was posted to 02.07.2024, in order to give one more opportunity to the petitioner. Today, also there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner. It appears that the petitioner is not interested to prosecute the case.
