These miscellaneous petitions have filed seeking to condone the delay of 258 days in filing the petition to bring the legal heirs concerned, to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of the respondent and to bring on record the legal representatives of the deceased respondent in the above appeal suit.

2. Heard, the learned counsel appearing on either side.

3. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavits filed in support of the petitions, these miscellaneous petitions are allowed and the Registry is directed to carry out necessary amendment in the cause title in the above appeal suit.
