3.The Appeal has been filed by the Insurance Company. Having been satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this Miscellaneous Petition and the submissions made by the learned counsel for the Petitioner, this Civil Miscellaneous Petition is ordered as prayed for.

4.Registry is directed to restore the CMA on file and post the matter after three weeks.
