The petitioner seeks bail in Spl.S.C.No.80 of 2023 which is now pending before the Special Court for Exclusive Trial of Cases Under POCSO Act, Villupuram. Originally, Crime No.6 of 2023 had been registered on 25.05.2023 under Section 506(1), 366, 450, 342 IPC r/w Section 5(L) and 6 of the POCSO Act, 2012.

2.The age of the victim child is 17 years. The petitioner is a married person with two children. The learned counsel states that investigation has been completed and final report had been filed and taken cognizance as Spl.S.C.No.80 of 2023. But however, let the victim child be examined and thereafter, there could be consideration depending on the nature of evidence let in by the victim child. 3.At this stage, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
