This Miscellaneous Petition is filed to direct the respondents to grant two advance increments for acquiring P.G Degree by the petitioner from the date of acquiring the P.G Degree pending disposal of the writ petition.
The relief sought for by the petitioner in the present Miscellaneous Petition and the prayer in the main writ petition are one and the same. Therefore, the relief sought for in the present Miscellaneous Petition cannot be considered at this stage and the same shall be decided at the time of final disposal of the main writ petition.
In view of the above, the Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed. Post the writ petition for final disposal in the 2nd week of March'2020.
