Prayer : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the second respondent to release all certificates deposited by the petitioner and the MD certificate forthwith and also to pay the stipend for all the three years which is misappropriated by the second respondent with interest and to direct to return the pass book and singed cheque book and also to remove the name of the petitioner from biometric attendance.
