ORDER

This Writ Petition is filed to direct the 3rd respondent and forbearing the 2nd respondent in any manner abstaining from work or conducting any illegal strike from 07.12.2022 and consequently, directing the 3rd respondent to take action on the 2nd respondent Union's illegal strike against operating its buses and to consider its representations dated 16.11.2022 and 29.11.2022 and for restoring peace and consequently pass direction 2.When the matter is taken up, the learned counsel for the petitioner sought permission of this Court for not pressing this petition with a liberty to file a fresh petition. He has also made an endorsement to that effect. 2/4

3.In view of the submissions made, permission is granted. This Writ Petition is dismissed as not pressed and liberty is given to the petitioner to file a fresh petition subject to the right available.
