(Made by the Hon'ble Chief Justice) We have heard Dr.A.Thiyagarajan, learned Senior Counsel for the petitioner, Mr.P.Srinivas, learned counsel for the first respondent and Mrs.R.Anitha, learned Special Government Pleader, for respondents 2 and 3.

2. The learned counsel for the first respondent submits that survey would be conducted and depending upon the report of the survey, further action would be taken.

3. In view of the said statement, the writ petition stands disposed of. There will be no order as to costs. Consequently, WMP No.31188 of 2023 is closed.
