The Criminal Original Petition has been filed to call for the records relating to the charge sheet filed in C.C.No.477 of 2022 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate Additional Mahila Court at Thiruvallur and quash the same.

2. When the matter is taken up today, the learned counsel for the petitioner / accused would submit that there was no stay in the matter and pending disposal of the main O.P, the trial in C.C.No.477 of 2022 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate Additional Mahila Court at Thiruvallur had been completed and the petitioner has been acquitted by the Trial Court. He would further submit that nothing survives for adjudication.
