This petition has been filed to relax the condition No."(b) the petitioners shall report before the respondent Police daily morning at 10.30a.m., until further orders"

imposed by this Court by an order dated 30.08.2023 made in Crl.O.P.No.19758 of 2023.

2. Heard both sides.

3. Considering the submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent Police weekly once i.e., on every Saturday at 10.30 a.m., for a further period of three weeks and thereafter, as and when required for interrogation.
