This Civil Revision Petition is directed as against the order in I.A.No.45 of 2016 in A.S.No.7 of 2015 dated 20.03.2017 on the file of the Principal District Judge, Thiruvarur District and allow the Civil Revision Petition.
2. It is reported by the learned counsel for the petitioners that the main suit is disposed of by the Court below. Since the main suit itself was disposed of, nothing survives in the Civil Revision Petition.
3. In view of the above, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
