This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed upon him that he should report before the respondent Police daily at 10.00a.m., until further orders in Crl.O.P.No.19942 of 2023 dated 14.09.2023.

2. Heard both sides.

3. Considering the submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police once in a week on 1st Saturday at 10.30 a.m., till filing of the final report and thereafter, once in a week shall appear before the trial Court till the examination of the de-facto complainant apart from to all Court hearing dates and thereafter, as directed by the concerned jurisdictional Court.
