2. The learned counsel for the sixth respondent has not raised any serious objection for allowing this application.

Since sufficient cause has been shown in the report filed in support of this application, this application is allowed as prayed for and a direction is issued to the sixth respondent/JM Financial Assent Reconstruction Company Private Limited, to deposit a sum of Rs.1,00,000/- to the credit of Official Liquidator for effecting substituted service, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
