By consent, the writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

2.The case of the petitioner is that the petitioners are working as Night Watchman from 1999 onwards and they are paid by the parent Teacher Association Fund. They have not been regularised so far though they have rendered more than 20 years of service. In this regard, the petitioners made representation on 27.09.2019, but till date the same has not been considered. 3.Heard both sides.

4.Considering the limited request made by the petitioners, this Court without going into the merits of the case, directs the respondents to consider the representation of the petitioners dated 27.09.2019 and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

5.With the above direction, the writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
