Company Application No.615 of 2022 in C.P.No.63 of 2013 KRISHNAN RAMASAMY, J.

This Company Application has been filed by the Official Liquidator for the following reliefs:

(i) To take his report on record and (ii) To direct the respondents 1 to 7, the ex-directors to furnish information/provide particulars for adjudication the claims of workmen creditors of the company in provisional liquidation.

2. The Official Liquidator submitted that subsequent to the filing of this Application, Mr.Visagam Mailachalam, Ex-Director of the company in liquidation has appeared in person at the office of Official Liquidator and submitted a Letter dated 01.02.2023 including all the information required for adjudicating the claims of the workmen creditors of the company in provisional liquidation. The Official Liquidator has also filed a Report dated 21.03.2023 to that effect.
