ORDER

Pursuant to an order passed in Tr.C.M.P.No.1151 of 2023 dated 10.06.2024, the proceeding in H.M.O.P.No.113 of 2023 on the file of the Sub Court at Chengalpet had been withdrawn and the same was transferred to the file of the Family Court at Cuddalore. Consequently, the present Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition has become infructuous.

2. Accordingly, the Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition stands dismissed as infructuous. No costs. The connected Civil Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
