2. The case in C.C.No.320 of 2022 had already been quashed by this Court vide its order, dated 08.02.2024 in Crl.O.P.No.14951 of 2022. Accordingly, the Suo Motu Transfer Case stands closed. 06.10.2025 grs Note to the Trial Court:
