2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned counsel appearing for the respondents 1 to 3.

3. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, this Civil Miscellaneous Petition is ordered as prayed for and the delay of 25 days is condoned.

4. Registry is directed to number the Civil Revision Petition, if it is otherwise in order and also print the name of the learned counsel, who had entered appearance in the C.M.P stage.
