Respondents Prayer: Criminal Original petition filed under Section 482 of Code of Criminal Procedure, to issue a direction directing the 1st respondent to seize the Renault Duster HP RXL Car bearing vehicle Registration Number TN 56 F 1246 from the 2nd and 3rd respondents and hand over the same to the petitioner forthwith based on the F.I.R dated 02.07.2019 registered in Crime Number 466 of 2019 on the file of the 1st respondent expeditiously within a time frame as stipulated by this Hon'ble Court.

ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the 1st respondent to seize the vehicle from the 2nd and 3rd respondents and hand over the same to the petitioner based on the F.I.R dated 02.07.2019 in Crime Number 466 of 2019 on the file of the 1st respondent within a stipulated time. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing on behalf of the respondents.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the 1st respondent did not conduct effective investigation. The said investigation requires the seizure of the vehicle. The first respondent has to seize the said vehicle and to file the final report within two months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

4. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
