This petition has been filed to extend the time to execute the sureties in Crl.O.P.No.19351 of 2023 and the same was allowed on 06.10.2023.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this petition is ordered and the petitioners s to surrender and execute sureties before the concerned Magistrate as imposed by this Court, on or before 24.11.2023 and no further time is granted, failing which, the petition for anticipatory bail shall stand automatically dismissed.
