The reliefs sought for in these writ petitions are to direct the first respondent to dispose the petitioner's appeals under RTI Act in accordance with law, within stipulated time.
2. When these matters are taken up for hearing today i.e., on 06.12.2021, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that by efflux of time, the relief sought for in these writ petitions have become infructuous and there is nothing survives for adjudication.
