This petition has been filed to relax the condition "[b] the petitioner shall report before the respondent Police everyday morning at 10.30a.m., and evening at 05.30p.m., until further orders imposed by this Court by an order dated 09.10.2023 made in Crl.O.P.No.23157 of 2023.

2. Heard both sides.

3. Considering the submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Ponneri weekly once i.e., on every Monday at 10.30 a.m., till the committal and after committal as directed by the concerned Sessions Court.
