This Transfer C.M.P. is filed seeking to withdraw the H.M.O.P.No.594 of 2021 from the file of Family Court, Salem and transfer the same to the Family Court, Dharmapuri.

2. On 29.07.2024, this case was disposed of, but when the order was about to be signed, it is found that the said H.M.O.P. itself was dismissed for default and restoration petition is pending. As such without restoring the H.M.O.P.No.594 of 2021 on its file before the Family Court, Salem, it is not possible to transfer the same to the Family Court, Dharmapuri.
