2. Mr.V.V.Sathya, learned counsel on record for sole appellant and Mr.D.Vijay, learned counsel on record for lone respondent are before this Court.

3. Both learned counsel submit that sole appellant Mr.M.Maheswaran is no more and the date of demise is 06.01.2024.
