O R D E R
Mr.P.Rajadurai, learned Special Government Pleader accepts notice for respondents 1 to 3 (official respondents). Since this writ petition is being disposed of without passing any adverse orders against the respondents 4 and 5 affecting their interest, notice to the those respondents is dispensed with.
2. The petitioner seeks for a mandamus directing the second respondent to dispose of his representation dated 19.10.2022, wherein and whereby, he sought for cancellation of documents executed by the fifth respondent in favour of fourth respondent.

Therefore, the respondents are directed to consider the representation of the writ petitioner dated 19.10.2022, after giving due opportunity of hearing to writ petitioner as well as rival claimants / interested parties, if any and pass orders on the same on merits and in accordance with law. Such exercise shall be done by the respondents within a period of one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
