ORDER

This civil revision petition has been filed to set aside the order dated 15.06.2023 passed in I.A.No.1 of 2023 in O.P.No.743 of 2023 on the file of the II Additional Principal Family Court at Chennai.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the respondent filed an application in I.A.No.1 of 2023 in O.P.No.743 of 2023 to grant permission to enter the matrimonial home and to take the belongings of the petitioner's mentioned in the petition. The learned judge ordered the petition and permitted the respondent to enter into the matrimonial premises and take her articles in the matrimonial home in the presence of an Advocate namely R.Johnsi Rani and fixed remuneration at Rs.10,000/-. 3.The learned counsel appearing for the respondent submitted that in pursuance of the impugned order, the respondent had not taken any action for taking her articles in the matrimonial home. The trial Court mentioned the date for reporting compliance on 17.07.2023. Further, he submitted that the respondent not intend to take any action in this regard. 4.In reply, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that if the respondent is not implementing the order, the petitioner has no objection to close this petition.

5.Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the parties, this civil revision petition is closed. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
