The petitioner has filed this Writ Petition for issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records comprised in the Proceedings of the respondent, dated 17.05.2004 in D.O.No.1-6/2003 (CPP II) and quash the same and consequently forbear the respondent from in any manner interfering with the autonomy of the petitioner including in the matter of fixation of fee in the light of the law declared by the Hon'ble Supreme Court.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner represents that the relief sought for in the Writ Petition has become infructuous and he has also made an endorsement to that effect. Recording the same, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
