A report had been filed on behalf of the Divisional Engineer that the directions given in the writ petition had been complied with and the encroachment had been removed. Photographs have also been enclosed. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner also affirms the same. The learned counsel for the encroachers also states that the encroachment have been removed.

3.In view of the same, recording the said submission, the contempt petition stands closed.
