ORDER

This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.7266 of 2025 dated 17.03.2025 that the 1st petitioner shall report before the respondent police twice a week i.e. on every Wednesday and Saturday at 10.30 a.m. until further orders and petitioners 2 and 3 shall report before the respondent as and when required for interrogation.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that as per the order passed by this court, he is complying the condition regularly before the respondent police twice a week i.e. on every Wednesday and Saturday at 10.30 a.m. from 26.07.2025 onwards until 23.08.2025. Therefore, he seeks to relax the condition imposed by this Court.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that he s complying the condition regularly and final report not yet filed.

4. In view of the above submissions, the condition imposed on the petitioner in Cr.O.P.No.7266 of 2025 dated 17.03.2025 is relaxed. However, the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police monthly once at 10.30 a.m. for another period of four months.

5. With the above direction, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered 11-09-2025 Index: Yes/No Speaking/Non-speaking order RPP To 1.Judicial Magistrate No.1, Perambalur.
