praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents 2 to 6 to Coordinate and conduct the Survey of the lands belonging to the petitioner in Resurvey Numbers 558/7A, 558/8, 559/4A, 559/5 and for the identification and measurement and demarcation of the boundaries therein consequent to the letter from the Firka Surveyor, Taluk office, Gudalur dated 02.02.2022 and grant such other further relief as may be deemed fit and proper by this Honourable Court in the facts and circumstances of the case, award costs. ORDER

When the matter was listed for hearing on earlier occasion i.e., on 16.03.2026, none appeared on behalf of the petitioner. Hence, this Court directed the Registry to list the case today i.e., on 17.03.2026 under the caption "For Dismissal".

2. Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, there was no representation for the petitioner. Hence, it is clear and evident that the petitioner is not interested in prosecuting the case and this Court has no other option except to dismiss this writ petition for non-prosecution.

3. Accordingly, this writ petition is dismissed for non-prosecution. No costs.
