Mr.B.Raveendran, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the writ petition with a liberty to file a fresh writ petition, challenging the assessment order dated 29.05.2017 and also rectification order dated 26.10.2023. In view of the above, the Writ Petition stands dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner to file fresh writ petition. No costs.
