2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the applicant.

3. By an order dated 02.12.2022 made in O.A.Nos.450 and 467 of 2022 in C.S.Nos.153 and 154 of 2022 wherein, the former Judge of this Court was appointed as Judge Commissioner to conduct Election.

4. O.A.No.811 of 2024 is filed against the notification issued by the present committee members for the year of 2024-2027 on the ground that "Election for the members of the Governing Board for the term" for the year 2023-2026 for the members to be appointed for executive committee which is pending by the Court appointed Judge Commissioner.

5. By an order dated 25.10.2024, this Court allowed the Judge Commissioner to conduct the election, as referred to, in respect of "Election for the members of the Governing Board for the term" to be selected for the year 2023-2026.

7. Both the learned counsel has given a consent by the conduct of the election by the very same Judge Commissioner for the year 2024-2027.

8. In view of the earlier order passed on 25.10.2024, it is hereby made clear that the Judge Commissioner was appointed by this Court for conducting of the election to conduct the "Election for the members of the Governing Board for the term" for the year 2023-2026 by E-voting, so also 2024-2027 by E-voting.

9. In the event of any difficulty, the Judge Commissioner may submit a memo to that effect before this Court, if he seeks further orders of this Court in this regard.

10. Accordingly, O.A.No.811 of 2024 is disposed of as indicated above.
