In view of the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this miscellaneous petition, the petition to condone the delay of 175 days in representing the WP.SR.No.53693 of 2019 is ordered, subject to the condition that the petitioner pays a sum of Rs.500/-(Rupees Five Hundred only) to the High Court Legal Services Authority on or before 18.11.2019, failing which, this petition would stand dismissed automatically.
