ORDER

The prayer sought for in this writ petition is for a writ of mandamus directing the 3rd and 4th respondents to survey the petitioner's agriculture land properties situated at Salem District, Gangaivalli Taluk, South Kattu Kottai Village Survey SF.No.328/1, SF.No.328/5 which is total extent of 1 acre 55 cents based on the petitioner online mode EChallan No.20220113003755 pending before the third respondent.

2. The petitioner has made an on-line application by paying necessary fee to survey the land of the petitioner in SF.No.328/1 and SF.No.328/5 at South Kattu Kottai Village, Gangaivalli Taluk, Salem District on 13.01.2022. In order consider the said application to survey the land belongs to the petitioner, he has moved the present writ petition with the aforesaid prayer.

3. Reiterating the aforesaid Mr.T.V.G.Kartheeban, learned counsel 2/5

appearing for the petitioner would seek indulgence of this Court.

4. Mr.Yogesh Kannadasan, learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 to 4, on instructions would submit that the said application along with fee paid through on-line would be considered and decided within a time frame that may be stipulated by this Court.

5. Considering the said submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner as well as the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 to 4 and having taken note of the innocuous nature of the prayer sought for in this writ petition, this Court is inclined to dispose of this writ petition with the following order: That there shall be a direction to the third and fourth respondents to consider the application of the petitioner dated 13.01.2022 and do the needful with regard to the survey of the land belongs to the petitioner and complete the same within a period of six(6) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this 3/5

order.
