The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the second respondent police for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 120(B), 420, 406 and 409 of IPC r/w 66-D of Information Technology Act, in Crime No.13 of 2021, on the file of the second respondent Police, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. The case of the prosecution is that there was a money dispute between the petitioner and the de-facto complainant. Hence the case.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that a false complaint has been given against the petitioner and he has nothing to do with the said allegations. He further submitted that inter State Anticipatory bail may be granted to the petitioner to enable him to move the appropriate jurisdictional Court for necessary relief.

4. Taking into consideration, the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is inclined to grant interstate interim anticipatory bail to T.V.THAMILSELVI,J.

Crl.O.P.No.30464 of 2022 ham the petitioner for a period of four weeks from today to enable him to move the concerned Court.

Accordingly, interim interstate anticipatory bail is granted to the petitioner for a period of four weeks, on condition that the petitioner shall surrender before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Dharapuram, within a period of fifteen days from the date on which the order copy made ready and the petitioner shall execute a bond a for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand only) with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the said learned Magistrate.
