2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the respondent/complainant had withdrawn the impugned complaint and therefore nothing survives for further consideration in this quash petition.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner further produced a copy of the order passed by the Metropolitan Magistrate, Fast Track Court - V, Saidapet, Chennai -15, dated 27.12.2021 passed under Section 257 of Cr.P.C.
