C.M.P.No.5062 of 2024 in A.S.No.141 of 2024 RMT.TEEKAA RAMAN, J.

This petition has been filed seeking the stay of the execution of the decree dated 21.04.2023, passed in O.S.No.97 of 2020 on the file of the Additional District Court, Krishnagiri.

2. On perusal of the records, the suit in O.S.No.97 of 2020 was dismissed and hence in the absence of any decree, there cannot be any execution.

Consequently, the prayer of interim stay is misconceived.

3. Accordingly, this petition is closed.
