The petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed against the petitioner that petitioner shall report before the respondent police once in a month i.e., on 1st working day of every month at 10.30 a.m., till filing of charge sheet and thereafter petitioner shall appear before the concerned jurisdictional Court during Court hearing days passed by this Court Crl.M.P.No.852 of 2024 in Crl.O.P.No.14706 of 2023 dated 23.01.2024 2.

The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly.

Considering the representation made by both side counsels and the fact that the investigation was completed and the petitioner had complied with the condition without fail, this Court is inclined to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in toto.

Accordingly, ordered.
