ORDER
The matter had been referred before the Medication and Conciliation Center by an order dated 14.09.2023 and the parties were directed to appear on 25.09.2023 before the Mediation and Conciliation Center attached to the Madras High Court.
A report had been received from the Assistant Registrar, Tamilnadu Mediation and Conciliation Center, High Court, Madras, dated 26.09.2023, wherein it had been stated that an agreement had been reached between the parties which gives a quietus to the issues raised by the petitioner herein.
3. A memo of compromise had also been entered into between the parties dated 25.09.2023 and signed by the petitioner, counsel for the petitioner, the first respondent, counsel for the first respondent and by the Senior Manager, Villupuram Branch.
